Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing may take longer. If delays occur, we will contact you via email or phone.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Bejoyfl is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Shipping is free for all U.S. orders.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, not including order processing time.

  • We do not ship to:

    • Alaska

    • Hawaii

    • P.O. Boxes

We do not provide advance notifications for subscription shipments. If you'd like to modify your order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at support@bejoyfl.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Payment & Authorization

By placing an order on Bejoyfl.com, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Your payment information is accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method.

  • We may receive updated card information from your bank (you may opt out by contacting your card issuer).

All prices and charges are in U.S. Dollars. If your order is canceled for any reason, your payment will be refunded to the original method.

5. Subscriptions & Shipping

If you choose a subscription option for a product:

  • You will be billed automatically every 30 days, and the product will ship accordingly.

  • You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription by contacting support@bejoyfl.com or through your customer portal.

  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the next order is processed.

Each product type or flavor is managed as a separate subscription. Modifications must be made individually per item.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Bejoyfl is not liable for items damaged during shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Save all packaging materials.

  2. Contact the carrier to file a claim.

  3. Notify us at support@bejoyfl.com so we can assist if necessary.

If a package is confirmed lost or undelivered by the carrier, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
